Key
Points to Consider

Register as 1 entire group.
All dens are included in the same group. Please send in
one registration form as well as one pack check for payment.

If unable to have someone
present at your assigned time, the pack may mail in or drop
off registration and payment to the Middleton Service Center
prior to the assigned sign-up time. The council will hold
application and process it at the assigned time. Include
a contact person and phone number so we may confirm selection
at that time.

Be sure to have 2 or 3 back-up
selections when you come to sign-up. Because this is a first
come first serve process, there is the possibility you may
be "closed out" of your first choice. Therefore it is best
to "Be Prepared" and have a second and third plan ready
when signing up.

The unit leader listed on the
registration form is the person in charge of the group on
the trip. It may be a different name than the Cubmaster.
Please include all contact information (mailing address
and day and evening phone) for that person on the form.

Space permitting, a pack
may sign up for more than one trip.
All registrations are confirmed
once full payment is received and names of Scouts and Adults
are provided. This program is available to registered Cub Scouts
only. Siblings who are not Cub Scouts are not permitted
to attend.
