At Wah-Tut-Ca there is lots to do on the reservation. Your Patrol, Den, or Crew could hike to the cliffs and view Northwood Lake from Robinson Lookout. Check the water level at the Hosmer A. Vernal Pool. Vist the Standing Stone or the Abeniaki Pine at the edge of the universe. You can do a property line walk and see just how big 300 acres are. Check out the NALMC 5-mile loop trail or hike up Saddleback Mountain. Bring your bikes and ride the miles of old logging trails in the Forest Peters Wildlife Management Area. Ask your Campmaster for more program ideas. ON THE RESERVATION Lone Tree is one of the most versatile Scout Camps available. Its facilities are optimal for almost any Scouting Program. For Nature features check out the Beaver Dams on the Country Pond emergent marsh. Examine one of the only Atlantic White Cedar Swamps in New England. Check out the red white and blue trails- hike them all. Look for signs of wildlife such as eagles, foxes, deer and bobcats. Canoe or Kayak the Powwow River Estuary, which feeds through Amesbury into the Merrimack River FROM THE RESERVATION Out of council Scout will appreciate Lone Tree as a stopover or home base for:
