The Unit Charter Renewal System will allow you to renew your Unit's charter online. You will be able to select the members from your existing charter roster, update their information, add new members, and see a summary of the costs associated with your new charter.

A Tutorial has been provided to acquaint you with this new system. We highly recommended spending just a few minutes running through the Tutorial.

Complete instructions and your unit's login codes will be included in the annual re-charter kit provided to you by the Yankee Clipper Council.  Answers to  Frequently Asked Questions are provided below.

Please collect all the required information including new member forms with appropriate signatures prior to beginning. Additional adult or youth membership applications are available from the council service center or maybe downloaded here >>> Forms.

It is a requirement that you are connected to a printer to print the final report for signature. If you don't already have Adobe Reader you will also need to download the Adobe Reader to view the final print version of the Charter Renewal Packet papers.  Acrobat Reader, a free software download from Adobe.com
