Q12:  Once I submit my charter to the council can I still make changes online?
A: No. Once the charter is submitted the only way to make changes is to change them on the roster that you printed out. You will not be allowed back into the system to make changes.

Before you submit your charter you will be given an opportunity to do a final review of your roster and to go back in and make changes just not after you hit submit. For any of these changes, make sure that you acquire all necessary signatures.

The other option is to call the Haverhill office and ask Denise, the council registrar, to reset your unit and you can start over from the beginning. If your unit is reset you will have to do everything again including go in and, once again, create your ID and password.
