Q6:  If I have a problem with the internet rechartering system who do I call for help?
A: The best source for information on how to use the system comes from the internet rechartering tutorial available on the council web site (www.yccbsa.org). The council itself will also provide whatever support you need. You can contact your unit commissioner, your district executive or Denise, the council registrar, at the Haverhill office. These people should be able to assist you and help you through your problem and ultimately if the problem is not fixable the system can be reset and you can start over from the beginning.
