The Advancement Committee is responsible for interpreting and carrying out the advancement policies of the council. They review and approve Eagle Scout project plans. They conduct Eagle Scout Boards of Review. The Advancement Committee develops the district's plan for administering the merit badge program, including the recruiting, registering, training and coaching of merit badge counselors. |
